My significant other and I tried to purchase a home through Brad Stearns and it was a terrible and unprofessional experience. Apparently he was personally upset that we didn’t use him as a realtor to purchase the home we were viewing, and gave us conflicting information for several days to “get back” at us. We were only made aware that the home was sold to another buyer after our realtor contacted the listed home’s owner, as Brad would not take our realtors calls for several days at a time. If you’re able to use a different realtor, I highly suggest it, as I have purchased other homes over the years and have never dealt with an experience that was this unprofessional and disrespectful.
